COMPOSITION: Naturally occuring benzophenanthridine alkaloids

PROPERTIES:
Di-SANCOR is trimolecular alkaloid complex that inhibits human HIV-RT and decreases viral load with a concomitant increase in CD-4 lymphocytes.

THERAPEUTIC INDICATIONS:
For the treatment of HIV positive patients with or without clinical AIDS manifestation.

DOSAGE AND ADMINISTRATION:
Di-SANCOR is intended for the treatment of HIV-positive induvidials with or without clinical manifestation of AIDS.
Di-SANCOR can be administered orally to AIDS asymptomatic patients, diluted with 30 cc's of water 1 hr. before morning meal. Patients with clinical AIDS may require direct i.v. injection of  Di-SANCOR one ampule/vial once every 24 hrs for 20 days, followed by HIV-load tests. Treatment should continue until HIV-load becomes undetectable.

ADVERSE EFFECTS:
None reported to date in patients treated with Di-SANCOR as monotherapy.

INCOMPATIBILITIES:
Not recomended with other non-nucleside HIV-RT inhibitors and protcase inhibitors.

STORAGE:
Store in non-freezing conditions (0-30 degree C).
